Drug Addiction
Crime
“Song Ting, deputy director of the Kaihe Compulsory Detoxification Center in Yunnan Province, has always adhered to the "people-oriented" working philosophy. She is often considered too idealistic with her passion for work. Luo Jing and Liao Mingkang, two important suspects of the overseas drug trafficking gang, were locked in Kaihe compulsory drug treatment center. While Leng Wenkun was investigating the case, Song Ting assisted and relied on her unremitting efforts and the support of leaders at all levels to complete the transformation of the "compulsory detoxification center" to a "safe island".”
